If you’re looking for the fastest way to travel between Hanoi and Sapa, the bus is your best option. The journey takes 6-7 hours, depending on traffic. Morning buses leave Hanoi and arrive in Sapa early afternoon, giving you time for a short trek to your homestay on the same day. After your trek, the return bus will pick you up directly from our office and take you back to Hanoi.
The bus makes two scheduled stops along the way, each lasting 15-30 minutes, where you can use the restroom and buy food. The drivers are experienced, and the route follows a newly built highway, but traffic conditions in Vietnam can still be unpredictable.
We pride ourselves on flexibility—should your plans change, we’ll adjust your departure time or date at no extra cost (or with only a minimal fee, depending on circumstances) to ensure your journey goes smoothly.
The bus company’s support number will be included with your tickets in case you need help during your journey.

The bus company also provides PICK-UP – DROP-OFF service at the airport, and PICKUP – DROP-OFF Hanoi Old Quarter and Sapa Center, by shared minibus, included in the tickets price.
Limousine Bus

This bus service offers convenient PICK-UP and DROP-OFF directly at your hotel, provided it’s located in Hanoi’s Old Quarter or the Sapa Centre.
Please note that there is no onboard restroom, but the bus will make two scheduled stops along the way.
Hanoi – Sapa:
6.45 AM – 1.00 PM
Sapa – Hanoi:
2.00 PM – 8.00 PM
Pickup, and drop off service at Noi Bay Airport cost an additional 2USD
- Holiday price (+10%) will apply on the following dates: 30/12 – 1/1 (-26), 6/2 – 18/2, 27/4 – 1/5, 30/8- 3/9, 30/12 – 4/1 (-25).
How it Works
1. Fill in the contact form with your travel date and if you want a VIP Bus or Limousine Bus.
2. We will make sure the tickets are available, if so we will send you an invoice – once you receive the invoice you then have 24 hours to pay via our PayPal invoice (don’t worry you don’t have to be a PayPal member).
3. Once we have received your payment we will send you your ticket that you print or download to a smartphone and bring with you on the bus.
